ACUTE CARE CLINICS: Mondays - Patient Registration 10:00am-11:30am, Tuesdays - Patient Registration 6:00pm-7:30pm, Wednesdays 6:00pm-7:30pm, Thursdays - Patient Registration 6:00pm-7:30pm.

ADDICTION COUNSELING: Wednesdays 9:00am-11:00am. Call 260-450-6894 for appointment or more information.

A HOPE CENTER - FREE PREGNANCY TESTING AND SERVICES: Mondays 4:00pm-7:00pm. Call 260-422-3544 for appointment or more information.

EAR-NOSE-THROAT SPECIALTY CLINIC: Normally the first Wednesday of the month, 6:00pm-8:00pm. Call 260-627-2242, ext. 8 for appointment or schedule information.

CHIROPRACTIC SPECIALTY CLINIC: Normally the second Tuesday of the month, 6:00pm-8:00pm. Call 260-627-2242, ext. 8 for appointment or schedule information.

I have been to this clinic.I needed medical care. This clinic was completely free. The staff was friendly. I waited less than 10 minutes. Very pleasant and clean facility. Volunteer staff was very knowledgeable. Received assistance finding lowest cost medication.
