This site is a non-profit, community owned health care provider functioning as a Medical Home offering high quality, affordable primary care and preventive services. This site offers services at discounted rates, based on income and family size to low income, uninsured or under insured persons. This site also accepts Medicare, Medicaid and most private insurance carriers.
