Adult Medical Clinic
The adult medical clinic provides primary health care to individuals 21 years of age and older. Services are provided by registered nurses and family practice physicians. Health care consists of comprehensive physical examinations, education, intervention and follow up as appropriate.
The purpose of this clinic is to prevent disease, decrease the risk of complications from chronic diseases and assist with health maintenance; especially for those that cannot afford or access health care elsewhere.

Dental Clinic Services Provided
Patient and parent education
Comprehensive dental care is provided for children birth to 18 years of age at our downtown clinic. The American Dental Association recommends that a child be seen by a dentist before their first birthday and maintain regular check-ups with their dentist every six months.
What if I don't have insurance?
We accept all types of dental insurance, including Medicaid and all Medicaid HMO's. Free or reduced fees are available for qualifying families that are not covered by insurance. No one is denied service because of his or her inability to pay.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
