This is a free primary care and social services medical Clinic.

Social Health and Medical Service Clinic (SHAMS Clinic) is a nonprofit organization that endeavors to improve the health and social well-being of underserved communities in Philadelphia as rooted in the charitable principles of the Islamic faith.

Services:

Licensed professionals to provide to following:
    Regular check-ups (i.e. sugar, diet, blood pressure, etc.)
    Referrals (in case of serious medical cases)
    Counseling (i.e. mental health, family, etc.)

Hours:

11:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturdays.
