Primary Health Network accepts most major insurances including Medicare, Medicare Advantage Plans, Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Cares, Commercial Insurance, Private Insurance, W/C, and Auto Accident Insurance.
Sliding Scale Fee billing is based on income and is available to those who quality, regardless of insurance status.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%.
