    HIV and Hepatitis C testing, counseling and treatment

    Behavioral health and trauma informed consultation services
    Management of chronic health conditions including diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and others

All patients will be seen regardless of their ability to pay. Most insurance plans are accepted and there is a sliding fee scale available for uninsured patients.
