Though they now seek to provide affordable, accessible care to all, their mission began with the narrow but important goal of providing support, guidance and compassion to those affected by HIV/AIDS. Founded as a support group in 1991, they continue to offer medical care, medical case management, prevention and outreach services to those infected, affected and at-risk risk populations.
