The Free Medical Clinic, Inc., provides quality healthcare.

To receive services, a person needs to meet two criteria:

No health insurance (no Medicare, Medicaid or private health insurance)
Household income at or below 133% of the federal poverty level

Clinic hours:



Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday (8 AM at 6:00 PM)
Friday (8 AM at 1:00 PM)



Services provided:


  • Primary care

  • Medications & Diabetic supplies

  • Patient Education

  • Referral to laboratory, x-ray & diagnostic testing

  • Referral to specialty care (24 specialties)



Mission Statement

THE MISSION OF THE FREE MEDICAL CLINIC IS TO PROVIDE QUALITY HEALTH CARE, AT NO COST, TO RESIDENTS OF THE COMMUNITY WHO CANNOT PAY FOR SUCH SERVICES AND WHO HAVE NO HEALTH INSURANCE.

For Households with more than 8 persons, add $4,480 for each additional person.
*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
