Family Medical Care includes: Children's Health Care, Primary Medical Care, Preventive Health Services, Limited, Specialty Care,Laboratory, Behavioral Health Services, Pharmacy, Same Day/Sick Visits for Established Patients, Chronic Disease Management, Health Education & Nutrition Counseling, Small Business Health Care Plans, and Interpreting and Translation Services.
