Clinic Hours: 5 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Service is given on a first come, first served basis, with patients usually lining up outside before the clinic opens.

Surry Medical Ministries provides free medical care for uninsured people in our community. Patients must also meet certain income guidelines. We provide primary, non-emergency care. Examples of common services are: blood pressure checks/treatment, diabetes checks/treatment and UTI analysis.

Clinic is primarily for adults. Those desiring its services cannot have private insurance, Medicare, Medicaid or other various coverages. Must meet income guidelines, at or below 105% of the Federal Poverty Line.

For Households with more than 8 persons, add $4,480 for each additional person.
*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.

I have been to this clinic.I have diabetes. This clinic was completely free. The staff was friendly. I waited several hours Though it took a few hours, about 3, it was worth it. My care was good, the wait time allowed me to meet new people and I left with medications and a renewed hope and an increased level of Faith. All of this for free and people say there's no God, wrong. God bless the people here who take time to give to those less fortunate. I am grateful for Surry Medical Ministries.

I have been to this clinic.I needed medical care. This clinic was completely free. The staff was friendly. I waited less than 1 hour For people with no insurance they are a GODSEND!!! You see a doctor and he prescribes your meds they fill your scripts right there on the spot .To the people that donates there time and money GOD BLESS YOU YOU ARE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!!Michael Tuttle MT .Airy N.C
