We provide a monthly free clinic which also assist with prescription medicatio.

Our Free Community Medical Clinic serves all individuals within the Bradley County area.  Everyone is welcome.  Dr. Coleman and his team provide medical and prescription services through Zion Enrichment & Outreach.  Each month we will inform the 211 services, United Way and other surrounding partners regarding the dates and times of clinic dates for 2016/2017 year.  Please check our website regularly to for dates and times on the free Community Medical Clinic.  There are no fees for services. if you are having experiencing a medical emergency please go to the nearest hospital.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
