Lahai Health Clinic provides health services to low-income
uninsured individuals and families. The initial priority is meeting the
immediate health care needs of those serve; the long-term goal is to
care for the whole person, meeting the physical, emotional and spiritual
needs of each patient.
Medical exams: prescription drugs, laboratory tests, x-rays, a diabetic management
program, and referral to a medical specialist if needed.
Dental exams: x-rays, cleanings, fillings, crowns,and extractions. For other major restorative dental work, specialist referrals are available through Seattle Donated Dental Services.
Sliding fee based on service/income
$10 donation suggested per visit.
Licensed or professional counselors offer individual, couples, or family therapy.
All services are provided by appointment only. We are unable to provide care to walk-ins.
Contact your healthcare provider by phone before coming to a clinic or hospital if you meet the following criteria:
Symptoms such as fever, cough or shortness of breath, fatigue, headache, muscle or body aches, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose.
Contact with someone with confirmed COVID-19 within 14 days of onset of systems
Low-grade fever (approx 100 degrees Fahrenheit for adults)
Mild, dry cough
Mild body aches
Fever above 100.4 F
Temporary shortness of breath when you exert yourself
Exhaustion, need to stay in bed
Constant trouble breathing
Persistent chest pain or pressure
Trouble staying awake
Blue lips or face
