Clinic hours:
1st & 3rd Saturday of the month, doors open at 8 am for 50 walk-in patients.

1st , 3rd & 4th Thursdays of the month, 10-15 patients are seen by appointment only.

Call (386) 437-3091 for an appointment.

As a  reference, the name of the building is called "700 Professional Building"

Staff is usually available Mon - Fri, 9am-1pm
