The Marion Center is one of their rural health centers. They services the Marion County community.

They offer a full range of primary health care services including but not limited to Adult, Geriatric Care, Internal Medicine, Gyn, Best Chance Program for women (Cancer screening).

For their patients convenience, they do offer Laboratory and Pharmacy services (New $4 Prescription Program).

This location expects you to pay after each medical visit. Insurance is not needed to get medical care there. Their staff will set up a pay plan for you if you are unable to pay in full at time of service.
