*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get legal aid from some offices, they use a sliding fee scale. I've been feeling really bad for two weeks. I'm getting rashes and swelling on my feet, hands, neck face. I'm getting weaker everyday. My legs feel so heavy and they get numb and tingly. Been to ER many times these two weeks and they said my heart and digestive tract are okay. I feel like I'm dying. My abdomen does hurt and my kidneys were throbbing, yet my kidney numbers were okay.Anonymous on Saturday, August 8, 2020 ( 0 votes )

I have been to this clinic.I have diabetes. I had women's health issues. I paid based on my income (sliding-scale). The staff was friendly. I waited less than 30 minutes To Whom it may concern; I'm writing/emailing this note just to let you know about my care at FCF. I have been coming to FCF for numerous years and have received good sound medical care. All the staff has been professional and informative and friendly. I realize friendliness is not part of their duties; but nevertheless, they are friendly also. Most of my family and a lot of people assume because its a clinic and not a doctor's office, that the care is less than. It is not!! I get excellent care from the staff and doctors at FCF. I want to especially mention Dr. Shantae Jenkins and Janette, and Holly from the Hollywood Branch. We miss you Dr. J. and Janette; and Natasha Chatman and Melody Brown. Sincerely Yours, A satisfied patient. Emma Mungin Campbell
