For Households with more than 8 persons, add $4,480 for each additional person.
*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.

Jun 5, 2017 $20  Completely Free ClinicHad surgery on my neck which was noted as a C5 had surgery at Jack Hughston in Phenix City, Alabama and received a charity scholarship for Shepherd Spine Center in Atlanta. I was discharged on Thursday, June 1st and is in need of a physician. Before the accident I had just started my job and insurance was not active at the time. Social Security has a open claim for me for disability which is pending. I need to have a follow up done and I don't have the funds to pay a physician since I don't have health insurance.
