Azalea Healthcare. They won't fill out disability forms, they don't help with labs nor do they have access to imaging beyond xrays or specialist physicians.

I have a brain aneurysm and high blood pressure...i have no money...i cant seem to get help to see a dr. I must have my blood pressure medicine to keep the aneurysm from very depressed.....i moved here from georgia...i also have nerve damage.....but i really need to see a mental health dr because im severly depressed.... Need to talk with councilor to get help eith my depression and
