This clinic provides basic health care for eligible participants for free. The volunteer led clinic is operated by various organizations independent of WE CARE Jacksonville. If specialty care or additional services beyond the scope of the clinic are needed, referrals are made to the WE CARE Jacksonville program. WE CARE attempts to meet the specialty care needs of those referred through volunteer physician specialists and hospital-based diagnostic and treatment services.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
