COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Information for Patients
Contact your healthcare provider by phone before coming to a clinic or hospital if you meet the following criteria:
Symptoms such as fever, cough or shortness of breath, fatigue, headache, muscle or body aches, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose.
Contact with someone with confirmed COVID-19 within 14 days of onset of systems
This clinic operates under a SLIDING SCALE model. This means that it MAY NOT be free depending on your income. You will be required to prove financial need in order to receive free services or services at a reduced cost. This is a health care center funded by the federal government. This means even if you have no insurance you can be covered. The center is also income based for those making an income. This health center can cover services such as checkups, treatment, pregnancy care (where applicable), immunizations and child care (where applicable), prescription medicine and mental and substance abuse where applicable. Our Family Medicine physicians can provide continuing and comprehensive health care for the individual and the entire family. Our Family Physicians care is comprehensive and not limited by age, sex, or medical problem.
Internal Medicine physicians focus on adult medicine and have a wide-ranging knowledge of complex diseases that affect adults.
OB and Women's Health
Family HealthCare Network provides a warm, friendly, sensitive environment for women during pregnancy. We use a multidisciplinary approach to pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. Our staff includes physicians, nurse midwives, lactation specialists, childbirth educators, nutritionists and behavioral health specialists.
Pediatricians at Family HealthCare Network are all Board Certified or Board Eligible. They provide comprehensive health care from the newborn period through adolescence. In addition to primary care, our pediatricians attend high-risk deliveries, consult in the Newborn Intensive Care Units of our hospital, and provide general pediatric hospital care.
Family HealthCare Network is a private, non-profit community-based organization.

FQHCs are community-based organizations that provide comprehensive primary care and preventive care, including health, oral, and mental health/substance abuse services to persons of all ages, regardless of their ability to pay or health insurance status.
