Contact your healthcare provider by phone before coming to a clinic or hospital if you meet the following criteria:
Symptoms such as fever, cough or shortness of breath, fatigue, headache, muscle or body aches, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose.
Contact with someone with confirmed COVID-19 within 14 days of onset of systems
This clinic operates under a SLIDING SCALE model. This means that it MAY NOT be free depending on your income. The Medical Center is available to children and adults. The focus is to establish a medical home for patients so they receive comprehensive health care. The clinical team includes physicians, mid-level providers, nurses, certified medical assistants, and other professionals to provide quality, affordable health care regardless of ability to pay. The clinic has a long history of providing expert specialty care for HIV/AIDS including disease management and treatment adherence.

HSNT provides quality, affordable healthcare, regardless of ability to pay. The Medical Center accepts most major Insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, CHIP, and sliding fee patients.
