COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Information for Patients
Contact your healthcare provider by phone before coming to a clinic or hospital if you meet the following criteria:
Symptoms such as fever, cough or shortness of breath and
Travel to countries with coronavirus alerts within 14 days of onset of symptoms or
Contact with someone with confirmed COVID-19 within 14 days of onset of systems
This clinic operates under a SLIDING SCALE model. This means that it MAY NOT be free depending on your income. You will be required to prove financial need in order to receive free services or services at a reduced cost. In order to get more information on this clinic, click on the icons below. Clinic Hours: Monday, Tuesday & Thurs.: 8:30am-3:45pm, Wednesday: 9:30am - 6:45pm, Friday: 8:30-11:45am
Appointments only for Family Planning and WIC.
Walk-ins accepted for HIV/STD clinic and childhood immunizations.
Languages spoken: English and Spanish (others as needed)
Cost: Most services are free. There are fees for Foreign Travel Immunizations and TB tests. Family Planning Clinic payment options include sliding-fee scale, Medicaid, and some insurance plans. There is a fee for Flu shots (no cost to those on Medicaid and Medicare if they bring card).
Services: HIV/STD Clinic, Family Planning Clinic, WIC program, Childhood and Adult Immunizations, Woman Wise (free mammograms and PAP tests to low-income women between the ages of 40-64).
