Miners Family Health Center is a non-profit medical clinic. Miners provides general health care services for patients from 3 days old through senior citizens. We provide well-child care and immunizations, family planning services and early cancer detection services. We manage State funded programs as well as a sliding fee scale program that pays for most of these services. We accept all insurances including HMO (managed care), Secure horizons, Medicare, Medi-Cal, and most insurances.
Appointments are required, but most often an appointment can be made for the same
day.
Mission:
The mission of Miners Family Health Center is to provide compassionate, high-quality, cost effective primary health care to the residents of Western Nevada County with a focus on the medically underserved population
Fees:
Dependent upon services required. Please call us to determine if you are eligible for one of the many programs we offer or manage for the State. Many services are offered at no charge to the patient.

Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%.
